My issue is this. Norton Online Family is tracking activity, logins, etc... However when I select the "Search" tab, it states no activity in the last 7 days. I know that searches have been run and I've even tested it myself, however it continues to say no activity in the last 7 days.

It's on and been on as I haven't changed settings in months. I'll recycle it on/off and see if that has any effect. Any other suggestions?

If that doesn't help, please try to uninstall/reinstall Norton Safety Minder on the PC to see if it helps. Since all the settings are saved on the NOF servers, you need to set the house rules again when you reinstall Norton Safety Minder on the PC.
If un-installing and reinstalling don't help, please send me a private message with your NOF account email and we will check into this.
