NOF Shows "Yesterday's" Hours One Day Ahead

Hello,

 

Every morning, NOF is showing a total number of hours for "today" that have not been logged yet.  For example, today is Sunday, my son has not even rolled out of bed yet, but NOF shows 3.5 hours used.  

 

This has occured every day for the 8 days we've had NOF installed. Is it showing yesterdays hours on today, wrongly? You can see in the screenshot that yesterday (Sep 8) my son got the time limit warning (3 hours), but Sep 8 shows only 2.5 hours logged, where Sep 9 - today - shows 3.5, the hours used yesterday.

 

There is never any "activity" logged on "today" when I log in each morning before my son has gotten on his comuter. The timezone settings are correct, and have been since instal. 

 

Everything else seems fine with the program, but this inacuracy of the hours to the day is maddening. Your help is appreciated.

Hi noahbw and sea-dad,

 

You mentioned you have the correct Time Zone.  Can you please also verify if the Time Zone is correct at  "Manage Account" online?

 

I assume you and the child have the same Time Zone.

 

What version of Norton Safety Minder do you have on the monitored PC?

Hi Katie,

 

Thanks for getting back to me.  Yes, when I click on "Manage Account" under "Signed in as noahbw" the time zone is correct.  And yes, we are all int he same time zone.  Is there even anywhere else to set time zone?  I don't know that I've seen it elsewhere.

 

We are running the most recent version of NOF 2.3.0.26

Thanks for the information.  Please also make sure the time is set up correctly at Start/Settings/Control Panel/Date and Time & Time Zone on the PC.

Thanks for your thoroughness. Yes, the date, time, and time zone on the computer being monitored is indeed correct. 

 

Oh how I wish the solution could have been that easy! :-)

So, what's the next step?  As a paid premium user, I'd like to see this resolved, ASAP.  Is there some telephone support I should be calling?
