NOF site doesn't log all sites

Hi everyone,
I have a win 7 32bit pc with NOF 2.2.0.34 and also NIS 2011 18.6

Today, my son turned on internet connection at 11:58 AM (Rome time, Italy). NOF site logged visited sites until to 12:17 AM. He turned off connection on 13:35 AM. But in the interval from 12:17 AM to 13:35 AM no site tracked / logged.

NOF icon was active, update house rule worked, no error messages in windows event log or NOF Site. After a disconnection I used the pc at 14:29 AM and now NOF log site correctly.

What happened? Was a temporary bug on NOF servers?

Is it possible that the child didn't visit any new web pages from 12:17 AM to 13:35 AM (He stayed on the same site that he visited at 12:17AM)?

No, he told me that he visited many sites like youtube and others.

However the bug is no longer present. It lasted only that day at that specific time, as I reported.

Just to give you a bit more details on how the service works. The client computer, the one your child uses is the one that collects the data of all the sites visited. This is then sent to our servers on a periodical basis.

 

The only issue that may have happened is the local client program "Norton Safety Minder" was turned off or stopped working for a period of time. It should automatically restart if it's tampered with or stops for other reasons.
