NOF site try to send me files

Hi everyone,

when I login to NOF site I receive a file called “k.txt” which contain “{“status”:“RETRY”,“percent”:0}”, and th same file is downloaded every time that I change tab on NOF site: web activity, time log…

When I disconnect NOF site send me a file called “login.fs”

I use Opera 11.61 on Win 7 32bit pc.

I tried to set Opera to use Firefox or IE compatibility for NOF Site but no change: the 2 files are always downloaded.

Thans in advance for replies.

PS: the new NOF site is more streamlined and intuitive to use. Good work!

Hi,

thanks for the reply.

I’m sorry for the delay for this reply.

I have Norton Safety Minder 2.2.0.43

I expressed myself badly: I meant that I set Opera to identify itself as IE or Firefox, not for use IE or Firefox by Opera.

To set Opera to identify itself as Firefox or IE -> http://www.opera.com/support/kb/view/843/

I tried also to use IE 9 and the problem occurs even here.

Hi Axios,

I know you have been using the program for awhile.  When did you start to experience the issue, just lately?

Thanks,

Katie

Thanks for the reply,

The problem of NOF site that try to download these 2 files started only on 01 February 2012, just after the new NOF site look.

Do you experience this every time "when I login to NOF site I receive a file called "k.txt""?

Thanks,

Thanks for the reply.

I’ll wait for the response.

Hi Axios,

I checked it with the team and they were wondering if you have another machine or an android mobile phone to see if it happens on that machine too?

Thanks,

Katie
