Hi everyone,
My son is using NOF 2.1.0.52 on a win7 32bit pc. Now I noticed that on OnlineFamily site, log report a wrong time: every time e one hour back respect my time zone.
Example: I’m in Italy, Rome time zone and now are 14:11. NOF log event at 13:11
Windows and bios time are ok. I think that is a NOF server problem.
Thanks in advance for replies.
Thanks for the reply.
Time zone is set correctly to GMT +1 (Berlin, Rome)
I tried to re-set but the problem persist.
Thanks Axios. Might be chances that it is not considering the Day light savings.I will have the team work on a solution for this.
In the mean time can you set the timezone off by 1 hour, so that you can get to see the reports and activities with correct time?
Thanks,
Senthil
Thanks for the reply.
At this moment I set time zone to gmt +2.
Waiting for a fix.
Thanks for the help.
I still have the same "wrong time" in the report as of today. Why does Norton mark this issue as solved?
Hi james258,
I think the reason that the user marked the post as solved is Senthil's workaround worked him for now.
Have you got a change to try the workaround steps from Senthils?
Thanks,
Katie
Hi james258,
I marked the error as solved because the workaround worked for me as said KatieQ.
