I recently had my computer crash and had to take it into a shop to get it repaired. After it was repaired, I went to get my Norton Internet Security copy from your site. It claims it is already installed on my computer. However, there is no Norton or Symantec directory in my program files directory. I can't start the product because it's not there! How do I get new copy of my just renewed subscription?
