Non-functional exclusions with Norton Anti-Virus Gaming Edition

Hello Everybody

I am a happy user of Norton Anti-Virus Gaming Edition. After some months of usage i noticed that it has some problems with some files on our computers. Those files are mostly files that we use a packager for (I'm a programmer). For some reason, even though i set it to exclude them, it deletes the files. I have set it to scan exclude, auto-protect exclude AND signature exclude and clicked apply + ok buttons. I've restartet the computer and it works for a day or two, and suddenly it starts asking me to restart my computer to remove those "threats".

It is actually quite annoying. It doesn't give me the ability to choose what to do with the files. It just deletes/quarantines them immediately and sometimes i loose important work because of this. Is there any way to fix this or do i really have to change the Anti-Virus for the whole company? Wouldn't be good if i had to do this...

The reason we have alot of people using Norton Anti-Virus Gaming Edition is because of the ability to try our games before releasing a patch.
