I have a problem where none of my "community watch feedback" are sending. They remain at "pending" despite me already forcing "Norton Community Watch" task to run. In the past, if connections to the Norton server could not be made, the entries would change from "Pending" to "waiting."
Can somebody check their logs and force run "Norton Community Watch" to test this problem out.
I have tried a full re-install of the Norton product by using the add-remove program then rebooting. After that I ran the Norton removal tool and rebooted again. After that I installed Norton 2012, created ID Safe, and then upgraded to the 2013 version.

Well what I observed in the past is that pending changes to “waiting” if the software cannot upload an entry. It then moves on and trys another. If that too fails, the pending status changes to waiting. But now it seems this is no longer the case. The software chokes on a non sending entry and does not change “pending” to “waiting.” It was working that way on September 20 but Symantec must have pushed an update that causes the software to stall on a non-sending entry rather than change it from “pending” to “waiting” and try again later. Do you have the same problem with the 2013 version?
