Anyway.
Will it remove existing viruses? I need to clean my laptop apparently.
I use it for uni work and spell checker stopped working in word 2007. I called the freephone MS help number. After 90 minutes the lady trying to help from iYogi said I had:
Scanning Junk files and folders
515 Problems Found
Scanning registry errors
325 Problems Found
Scanning fragments on disk drive
1.80% Fragmentation Found
Scanning internet and other privacy traces
275 traces detected
And that she could use specialist tools to clean it at a cost of £109 per year! At this point I thanked her and declined...
So yeah. I don't have a clue what any of that means. I see there is a clean up tool I can buy from Norton, do I need it now I has NIS2012?
