Hi All,
I recently formatted my system and reinstalled the OS (Windows 7 64 bit OS) including all Windows updates (including Windows 7 Service Pack 1).
After that I reinstalled Norton Internet Security 2012 copy and it gave the message that it was successfully installed.
But when I
1. double click on 'Norton Internet Security' icon on desktop, OR
2. right click and select 'Open Norton Internet Security' icon in status notification area, OR
nothing happens. It does not give me Norton Internet Security main window.
However, it does open other windows like Quick Scan etc.
I tried reinstalling the Norton Internet Security after removing it with Norton Tool Removal software multiple times but still same issue is there. Even multiple restarts have not helped.
I tried uninstalling Windows 7 Service Pack 1 and uninstalling and reinstalling the Norton Internet Security but still facing same issue.
Can anyone guide me what can be the issue and how to fix it ?
