Hi,
I have created and restored backups using an external Maxtor USB (E:\) on many, many occassions over the past few years - every time with success. Yesterday I created a new backup before making a number of changes on my pc.
Today when I booted into the recovery environment drive E:\ is displayed in the tree as normal but when I select it I receive an error - No recovery points found in E:\. Please choose another location to search for recovery points.
Using Ghost in Windows environment I can explore the recovery point, copy files etc as expected so it definately exists.
Can anyone help, I really need to restore the backup, its there, I can see it in Windows, just can't restore it.
I have not installed any new hardware, updated/deleted drivers etc, or anything else that would change the operating environment.
anyone........? please..............?
Regards
Dean
