I've never seen such an error in relation to any Norton products.  A quick google search on this error appears to commonly occur with games or other applications that use some autoupdate feature?  I'd suggest you look in the system event log to see if there are any application errors related to these errors.

hi NateR thanks for your repaly

you right it was not related to norton

i did solved the problem

from the msconfig i activate and deactivate the surveysa.exe and restart the system every thing is  working properly

One more Q. I still have few more month left in my subscription on 2008

do you recommend to get the update 2009?

or keep the one I have

by the way when I had that problem my update would not work  I mean the program look for update but it would not download or update

after I did run surveying   it update normally

that is why I said maybe was related to Norton

If you currently have a valid subscription, you are entitled to the newest version of the product.  IN this case, N360v2 is the newest available.  N360v3 (based on the NIS09/NAV09 code) is not yet available.  I believe the current ETA on that is Q1 of 2009.
