Hello, I'm using Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit. For several days, when I switch on my computer, a Microsoft.NET Framework appears on my desktop. My Dell tech support team accessed my system remotely earlier today and determined that it was an issue with Explorer's "enable third party browser add ons". They unchecked it from the Explorer advanced tab and the situation cleared up. However.....doing that has now caused the antiphishing option in Norton to turn off. Apparently, Internet Explorer has its own antiphishing feature and it seems that this might be yet another issue if if click on Norton's "Fix Now". I tried it and sure enough the Microsoft.NET Framework window returned. Does anyone know how I can prevent this without compromising antiphishing to function properly in Norton? Thanks.
