1) Need in ability of enabling/disabling of all Firewall rules (in General Rules section)
2) If a have a local network bandwidth 192.168.0.0 mask 255.255.248.0 (IPs from 0.0 to 7.255), what "Local Subnet" concept (in default General Rules section) meen? WTF if it is allowed the connection from 192.168.8.254 local network IP adress???
So what "Local Subnet" meens - what range is in it and how can I compute it for different networks?
3) Need in ability of Group Policy in many rules. Instead of obscure default "Local Network" group I want to use my own ranges,
for example: Sharing means the 137, 138 UDP and 139, 445 TCP ports to be opened. By defalut it opened to obscure "Local Network" group, and I want to enable it to 192.168.0.0-192.168.7.255, 172.16.60.0-172.16.64.255 and some 10.10. ... range. So now I must add this ranges to EACH RULE MANUALLY - by entering the numbers of IP ranges EVERYTIME in each rule. **bleep**!
Possible decision
I am entering the General Rules Section, where will be link to >> Configure Used Network Groups [+] << (see fig.)
and I can enter this setting and edit, create or delete some described groups. Than in the Editing of one of the General Rules in Computer section I have 4 options to select (see fig.)
That will be Cool!
ones more:
1) ability of General Rules full control (to do this you can add option "For Advanced Users only")
2) what means default "Local Subnet", computing of IP range describe
3) Network IP grouping for easily working with Rules
