Norton 2010 site safery check marks dont show in Mozilla Firefox in google browser ?

Hey there good Norton peopl!!

 

In my IT8 all my site safety green check marks are good and running. I have notice in Mozilla Firefox in google browers they do not show.. Please advice with some help !!
