Norton 2010 wont Full Scan (PLEASE for the love of god HELP me!??)

I will try not to overwhelm you with how much...I am about to type!! And also please excuse any misspellings or typing errors & please by anymeans i am not trying to be rude & or negative...because currently I,m very tired & have a bad sinus headache!:smileysad:

The Problem:

October 16, 2010 Saturday morning I did a Full system scan, which I had then 393,002 files. Then on Sunday nite october 17, 2010 I did another Full system scan & the results was 263, 280 files (with no problems shown by norton). Now the first time this happened to me (months ago)...turns out I had a trojan horse from javascript (which norton claimed it got rid of but sadly it didnt, just quaritined it). Anywho, since sunday I have scan pc regular & in safe mode with norton 2010, windows defender - even took a chance with malwarebytes, spybot, superantispyware & they found nothing.!

I really hate to reinstall my OS because it takes too long & its somewhat a hassles. I have been riding high with NORTON/SYMANTEC since 1999 & here it is 2010....& I still pay for the product to be used with any computer I have. I am starting to become to DISCOURAGED with the product because of the FULL SYSTEM scan not going thru 24/7. Now before you say (HAve you set your SCAN PERFORMANCE to FULL SCAN or STANDARD TRUST??) I always have i set to full scan. No matter how many times Norton tells me that certian filles are trusted..I always have it on FULL SCAN. This is like to 5th time this has happened with norton 2010, & I hate to reinstall my OS a 6th time because of the problem!!!

Norton 2010 out of all have been my favorite. I love the firewall, the network spy & norton community watch. Oh by the way I also have it on Norotn Community watch  as well..& when i checked my history on norton sunday, it said it  last week it submitted (13 DLL associated files)??? If something is in my computer does norton delete these files out?? or is the trojan/malware/adware/virus/spyware eatting my pc files??...Thee only thing different that has happened 3 days ago, I was on youtube.com. I was watching a music video. Then i noticed my mouse became sticky, so after trying to get it to work...the damm pointer clicks on an Ad in the youtube vid & a site pops up..But I made sure to close it before the site fully loaded! Not a genius when it comes to computers but I know a good amount!!

Please help me!!! Currently my fingers are starting to hurt & this sinus headache is brutal so i,ll just going to stop typing now & reply back with more info...If someone does reply with an answer
