Presently my NAV 2011 is already on my computer. I am unable to renew via the express renewal because your system does not recognize. It says unable to verify. And it will not allow me to go any futher.
So i just purchased NAV 2012. And now I am unable to install this because it says there is incompatibility issue with my operating system. I have Vista 64 or 32 bit.
Please advise. Can i just get a refund for the 2012 product ? How do i do that ? Pleaes advise. thank you
