A friend and I "talk" to each other three or more times a week. In the past three weeks, his messages have dwindled and I've just discovered that they are being shuffled into my Spam files. He's obviously in my address book. A few of his messages to me have been returned.
How do I correct the situation so that all his messages come into my in-box?
