After running Live Update in Norton 360, I get this error message "Norton 2011 Web Protection Definitions (Hub) Failed to Complete." Any thoughts? Thanks.

Restart the computer, and then run LiveUpdate again. If the problem persists, look for the error message. When LiveUpdate fails, click View Summary that is displayed on the LiveUpdate window. In the LiveUpdate Summary window, under the failed update, click Tech Support. One Click Support window opens and connects to the Support. Note down the exact LiveUpdate error(Error & Module) that is displayed on the One Click Support window.
