recently purchased 2011, 2-14-2011, I think I installed on my laptop, not sure, may have installed more than one time. I'm trying to install on other laptop as well as my PC. Having a hard time with it all including customer service for guidance, hope you can help. Think a couple of days left on protection provided at original purchase of my two laptops. tom huffman
