Since Norton 2012 this day, I notice during starting up Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bits, it takes way more longer all the icons are loaded, on the right bottom corner. I also hear since this day; Windows is sounding off a sound. This sound belongs to: "Device can't make connection." I went to Control Panel -> sounds and checked, where the sound stands for.
I hear this sound 3 times on short moments.
