Hello,
I tried to install Norton Internet Security 2012 but I have some problems.
- The installation of Norton finished and Windows tells me Firewall and AntiVirus is running
- If I click the norton internet security button on my destop nothing happens
- Nothing happens if I try to start Live Update
- Norton Autofix says everything is ok
- I have removed Norton with the removal tool and installed norton from CD or internet several times, always the same result
- I used Norton 2011 before
- I also tried cleaning the registry with CCleaner
- I booted from my NIS 2012 CD and scanned my computer without result
- I have Windows 7 64bit Home Premium (German), Intel Core i3 M350, Lenovo Ideapad Y560
Do you have any idea to get the norton GUI and live update running?
