At least 75% or more of the time when I choose the option within Windows 8 Pro to restart my computer, it hangs on the screen where it says "restarting" and the computer never reboots. This has always happened since I installed Norton 2013, never had an issue with other versions of Norton. I have also just got a new computer and installed Norton 2013 as well. The same exact thing is happening. Without Norton installed, I don't see the issue.
Is this a known issue and is their a work around?
I am not very fond of having to "hard" shutdown my PC since eventually I am going to corrupt something. Otherwise, I guess I will have to look for another security product.
