Norton 2013 Startup Manager bugs

I have noticed two bugs on Startup Manager for Norton 360 2013:

1) There is something wrong with the UI; almost half of the startup manager's window is ... blank, as you can see in the screenshot I uploaded.

2) There is a new startup manager integrated to the Windows Task Manager for Windows 8 (this feature was removed from the hard to locate startup manager in the msconfig tool for advanced users). If someone uses the Windows based startup manager to disable a program, it will appear enabled in Norton startup manager. If the opposite happens, someone disables a program using Norton startup manager, the startup entry will disappear from Windows startup manager. I guess this is not exactly a bug  and perhaps Norton has higher "priority" on configuring startup, although it would be better if both programs could communicate better.
