I have an old version Norton 360 v2.0 that I am trying to install on windows 7
As the version is too old for windows 7 I used the download manager to get v6.0 but the problem is my product key does not work. I have never used this product key before, but when I enter it in, Norton reports I only have 30 days of activation remaining?
Please help get me protected!

Can you tell me how many characters long is the product key with which you tried to activate Norton 360 v6?
Also tell me "ONLY FIRST" character of your product key.

The product key looks good.
Click on your norton 360 icon and bring it up on the screen, down at the bottom of Norton 360 interface you will see a place where it says subscription status : 30 days remaining , next to it you will have a button called "renew or activate" click on that and you will see a new pop up window on which you will have " i have code or key to enter" in blue letters , when you click on that it will show you a box to enter the product key, please make sure you are typing the product key there and click on "next"
2. If this still does not activate, you can log into your norton account by going to www.mynortonaccount.com by using your email address and password registered with Norton. Once you are logged in, you will see your norton product listed , click on the name of the product and it will show you the product key, match the product key that you have with that product key and verify that you have the correct product key.
