I have version Norton 360 2.5.0.5. It is set to automatically backup files to an 80 GB external drive. However, the size of the backup folder is now larger than all of the used space on the internal drive on our computer (50.5 GB on internal drive vs. 59.8 GB for N360_BACKUP folder on external drive). How can the backup folder be this large? There is no space left on the external drive so automatic backups have ceased. I don’t see a reason to clear additional room on the external drive to allow the N360_BACKUP folder to keep growing since I doubt this folder is an exact match of the internal drives contents. Should I delete N360_BACKUP folder and start over? Suggestions?
