The fix that norton says they sent through via update does not work ! I for one have just about had it with norton after being a 20 + year customer ! If you take the time to let there chat / remote control of your system ( as I did ) there fix is to remove they current version and install version 20.1.1.2 and it works fine until you shut down and restart. When you restart it updates itself to 20.2.0.19 and then the problem returns. The problem being that norton identity freezes all browsers once you open the vault. If you do the so called fix that I explained before as is well as long as you don't shut down your computer , I tested it for over a week.. The day that norton support took control of my computer and did there so called fix, I pointed out to the tech that he installed an earlier version of 360 he assured me it was the latest version. That was a total lie ! I was then given a two month extension on my subscription for my trouble. I can't understand why norton is ignoring this problem and lying to it's customers ?
