Issue abstract: Norton updated to 24.12.9725 (build 24.12.9725.902) and Outlook stopped being able to download email.
Detailed description: Today Norton 360 updated to 24.12.9725 (build 24.12.9725.902) and Outlook is no longer able to download messages (emails). I call tech support and he ended up removing Norton and reinstalling it. That fixed the problem for about 10 minutes. Then Outlook went back to not being able to download emails. The only thing I changed was I shut off the Cloud update (I donât like or use any cloud services, I donât need or want any of my personal files in the cloud). Could that be causing the problem to be happening again? Right now I have been on hold waiting for Tech Support again for over 1 hour.
