Dear Norton,
Recently after update Norton 360 version 25.5.0.19 I made a test for the The Download Insight Protection used file TXT from www.eicar.org, ufortunately my Norton 360 didn't blocked the test, My The Download Insight seem like didn't work that indicate the file allow to download, and finaly the only Smart Creen from Internet Explorer blocked it.
Please advice to solve this case.

Windows 7 Home Premium Service Pack 1
RAM: 8 GB
VRAM: 1 GB
Norton 360 ver 25.5.0.19
