Norton 360 (6.2.1.5) Needs Attention

My gadget shows "Needs Attention", and when I click on it I'm prompted to buy more backup storage space.  I don't want/need to buy more space.  How can I get rid of the 'Needs Attention' indicator without deleting the gadget?

How much storage do you have, and how much is available? Do you have the Standard or Premier edition of 360?

 

Try clicking on Support - Get Support. This will run Autofix, that will check your installation to see if all is well.

 

Have you run LiveUpdate manually a couple of times, rebooting as necessary, until no updates are available?
