I am using the Add-on Pack with my Norton 360. I am using this pack with my Outlook email. Last night I had a problem with My Outlook and needed to use the Outlook repair tool. When my Outlook rebooted I discovered that the Norton email toolbar was missing. So I uninstalled the Add-on Pack and then reinstalled but still no toolbar.
Now this is probably a very easy fix but does anyone know how to get my email Norton toolbar back?
Thank you. I will try this when I arrive home this evening. Last night I did try the right click on the toolbar but it did not show Norton. So maybe Outlook is blocking it.
The Norton toolbar sould be in the list that appears along with a way of enabling it if its disabled. I've writen these instructions from Outlook 2003 so it may not be exactly the same as 2002, but I don't think it should be too different.
I will try this as well. You sound like this may have happened to you in the past. I was checking my email while I was listening to a radio program on the computer. Suddenly everything froze and I was left only with shutting down. When I rebooted and opened Outlook I had an error message which said there was an error in my personal.pst files and to use the tool repair. Well I found that program and everything seemed to work except the Norton.

5. Check if Outlook is selected or not (by me NIS only turned on Outlook Express protection! - don’t know why :S)
6. And click Ok
Hope this solves the problem :D, then you should check settings in Outlook.
By the way, in Outlook 2007 there’s nothing like QC wrote about Can’t find anything! about manage plug-ins…

That’s because Outlook 2007 is a major upgrade on 2003, whereas 2003 is not very different from 2002. 2007 handles add-ins very differently. You have to go to the Trust Center on the Tools menu.
Thank you to everyone for your tremendous help. I walked through all of the suggestions and they all seemed to be the answer but papau's suggestion to use the help menu was the easiest and it worked like a charm.
Thanks again to everyone you were each a great help.
