Norton™ 360 Advanced - 10 devices

Where can I find help on Norton™ 360 Advanced for 10 devices.
Before I signed up I was promised the world.
Now I search support help, there is nothing.
I have raised a Support Case, No Reply
I have raised a follow up Support Case, No Reply

How were you raising a support case?

If you are having an issue with your subscription details, you do need to contact Norton Support.  www.norton.com/contactcs   If using the chat function, as soon as you can enter any information, enter "agent please". That will get you out of the chat bot and connected to a human.

If you are having difficulties with your installed product, or installing it, if you can supply some details, we may be able to help you here.

 

Without looking at hours of tutorials for my issue, nothing stuck out as being my issue.

How do I Contact Norton re my Subscription?
My preference is via a support case
When I did raise the first support case there was insufficient space to include all the details.
But I did give the relevant details in the space available
