Checking the system requirements for Norton 360 the iOS version requires at least iOS 17 to install the product.

If you have Norton installed already on an earlier iOS version you can often continue to use the product as long as you do not uninstall it. If you do Uninstall you will not be able to reinstall.

This server error may just be what it says. A temporary issue with the connection to the Norton Server. If your connection does not come back, post back and we’ll try to get an answer whether your iOS version has actually been rendered inoperable.

Cela marchait avec la veille version, et je l’ai

désinstallé.

Mon smartphone ne supporte que IOS 15.8.8 maxi.

S’il y a une solution ?

There is no Norton solution. You may find other security products that still support the older iOS version.
