Getting a new Silicon MacBook Pro and wonder is there will be problem installing Mac 360.

Not sure but technically I don't see why not. While Norton may not have optimized 360 to run on M1 Macs natively, there is still Rosetta 2 that supposedly runs all the Mac apps written for Intel-based Macs. Now, some of us are having problems/issues with Big Sur, so this might be an issue for you as well, since M1 Macs do come with Big Sur and given that they are totally new architecture, it is impossible to downgrade to Catalina or anything earlier.
