Norton 360 and Citrix applications

I access my company network from home through Citrix. Since getting a new laptop and downloading the newest version of 360 I cannot access any of my company applications. My operating system is Windows 7 and I am using Internet Explorer 9 on the new computer.  I can log in but when I try to launch a program I get error messages. My company cannot seem to figure out why this is happening. My old laptop accessed it fine, until I updated 360 there as well. The old computer was Windows Vista and Internet Explorer 8. Have tried resetting firewall settings, temporarily disabling the firewall, nothing works.

Today I uninstalled Norton 360 and the Citrix receiver, then downloaded and installed the Citrix receiver again then reinstalled Norton 360 and it worked. But sadly it only worked the first time. When I try to use it again it doesn't work.
