Norton 360 and encrypted files

Hello,

Could you please tell me if Norton 360 or in general any other Norton Anti-Virus Programs is capable of scanning infected encrypted file and alerting me before my attempting to decrypt them. That means, I want to get a notification
if an encrypted file is infected prior of my decrypting it. Please advise which one of your Norton Programs is capable of doing that?
