My iTunes will no longer synch with my iphone; I get an error that the apple mobile device failed to start. Apple mobile device and Quick time are not being installed when I install iTunes. I belive Norton is keeping these parts of iTunes from installing. I have tried installing iTunes with the smart firewall turned off, but that has not helped. Any other suggestions?

Sorry for the trouble. If you are getting this error when installing the software, please try these steps:
- Disconnect from the Internet
- Disable or turn off Auto-Protect from Norton for temporary purpose(15 mins or 30 mins)
- Try to install the software.
- Enable the Auto-Protect back in Norton product.
