Norton 360 and Rhapsody Conflict

Norton 360 is causing my Rhapsody software not to close properly. I worked with Rhapsody support for hours and it came down to uinstall Norton 360. Once I removed it all my Rhapsody issues were resolved.

 

What could I do with Norton 360 to stop it from causing program conflicts with Rhapsody?
