Okay, so fairly recently i installed norton 360 and all seemed well, however i went to start Ark (hadnt played since installing norton) and it wouldnt load, the pc went... slow, couldnt close programs, the keyboard wouldnt type, and Firefox seemed unable to load pages. Restarting the pc did not solve the issue, as soon as the pc loaded without starting the game the pc was the same, i could open programs such as firefox but the pages wouldnt load, and i could type one letter before the keyboard stopped, I couldnt use task manager to close programs some of the time and if they did "close" the icon for the program still showed on the task bar. This also happened when connecting to a Minecraft server (hosted on my pc)
