This issue has been discussed in relation with ACDSee few years back but I have not found a solution.
When conecting a UB Key, an exteral Drive, and when asking ACDSee to perform a disk operation, a Norton windows pops up asking me to connect to my account. How do I stop this?
I just changed computer 3 weeks ago and this behaviour started on this one. It runs under Windows 11 (the previous was at Windows 10) a«nd I had to transfer a licence from an old phone to be able to activate. (It actually installed a French version wiithout asking. Is there wau to install the English without reinstalling from scratch?).
The most bizzare is Norton tries to connect to my account using an email address that has not been used for 10 years, and I obviously cannot connect to my account.
