Hello, please bear with me. I need help.
I've just bought a laptop, yesterday actually. Its running Vista Home premium.
Its loaded with Norton Internet Security which is free for 60 days which I activated yesterday.
So, today, when I decided ti extend the subscription I opted for Norton 360 version 3.0.
And now, I'm stuck with the screen that says Norton has found an older product and is removing it now. After which a window appears and states Restart your computer, an older Norton Product has been successfully removed. To continue installation of this product, restart your computer now.
So after clicking the restart now button, the computer will restart and then show the previous screen again...and again...and again. Please help, please.
