Norton 360 Back up wil not fix

Heya,

 

recently norton says that you hve not recently completed backup'  on thr main window

 

Then these two windows come up, the first window is the one that says 'backing up your files', and the other one says  'fixing back up now' window. Now the back window will  say back up was succesfull but the other window will carry on fixing it, i once left it for like 3 hours after the other one was done. When I close it the back up window it will say fix not completed.

What version of 360 are you running? Support - About.

 

Have you run LiveUpdate manually a few times, rebooting as necessary, until no updates are available?

I checked and  ihave the newest one, v6 and I have tried to live update the product and im fully to date.

There may be an issue with your installation. Try clicking on Support - Get Support from the main User Interface. This will run Autofix and try to correct any issues with your installation.

 

If that does not work, you may need to reinstall your 360. Use the Norton Removal and Reinstall Tool that you will find here.

 

Be sure to run LiveUpdate a few times, rebooting as necessary, until no updates are available.

If you use the identity safe PLEASE back it up BEFORE you do too many things to the program.
