Hi, not sure what i should do but since upgrading from Norton 360 to 360 v3 i can no longer write to a cd / dvd. I need to make a backup outside of the Norton backup system (payroll programme) but i just get the blue screen & my computer closes down. Running the old Norton 360 i had no problems, is this due to the Norton Backup Drive now installed & if so how do i configure my computer to allow me to backup / write to a dvd?
