Norton 360 Backup Error Issue - Activate Backup Subscription

Hi Everyone. Had this issue of Backup to online storage on a few occasions and am getting tired of it. The other backup to the computer runs fine but when backing up online it asks me to activate backup which considering I have used backup since I purchased 360 in 2010 and renewed every year is really annoying now,  Any help in resolving this issue would be gratefully received because I am also tired of waiting for chat on customer support. Thanks

Have you ever had any reason to log into your MyNortonAccount? If not, this may be the reason for the request. I think that it's part of the security for your data while it's being stored on the norton servers.

Sorry for delay in getting back to this post. Have logged into Norton Account previously and tried the backup and even when logged in it still comes up with same error message. After contacting support a few months back altered the password and the backup worked a couple of times before this issue arose again. Have done seperate backups to other devices but still this issue arises when backing up to Norton Servers. Any assistance gratefully accepted!

Sorry for getting to you lately. Which version of Norton 360 do you use? Can you provide me the exact text of the error?
 First, log out of the Norton Account from the Norton 360 interface. Then try to activate Online Storage. If the problem persists, try this:
