Norton 360 backup file on P.C

Hi, I am trying to do a cleanup on my P.C. to help speed up the backup to an external drive. I have never touched the N360_Backup folder. It was created in Nov 2012 and there are 96 K files totaling 62.1 GB.

Can/should I delete these files?
