Norton 360 backup issue - Hardware error

Hi, I have the latest version of 360, when I ran back up it caused gpu display errors (blocky and pixelation), after which pc crashed and rebooted, went into reliability app, which had reporting multiple hardware failures, only happens during back up, somehow back up when running is interfering with computer function especially gpu driver, pc updated with latest firmware/bios/gpu and other drivers. previous 360 version back up was fine, windows 11 home, rtx 3070 gpu, i7 12th gen KF cpu.
