Norton 360 backup not completed and one click support not connecting

I have Norton 360 version 3 recently installed.  It tells me that my backup has not completed.  I have backed up manually to C drive and to online storage.  It backs up automaticaly to online storage but still tells me I have not completed a back up.  The One Click Support keeps loading for hours but does not connect to Support.  I cannot contact Symantec through the Support.

I cannot connect to the Symantec Chat to resolve the issue.

I was thinking about this issue and I wonder if you have multiple backup sets? Is it possible you have a second backup set that has not been run? What happens when you click the fix button? Do you see multiple backup tasks?

This is a very difficult system for the new use to use.  I was asked to mark the problem as being solved but I have not the faintest idea on how to mark it as solved.  I think I marked it as solved but I have no real idea.
