I seem to have the same problem as http://community.norton.com/t5/Norton-360/online-storage-shows-the-incorrect-value-and-is-blocked/m-p/436436/highlight/true#M45083 but his thread has never been replied to. No other thread that I have found seems applicable.
I have the latest version of 360.
I tried to do a backup. Instead of having it do my entire backup set I created a new backup set that only had the two files I have worked with in the last month that I really care about losing.
It said that my online storage was full.
I went to restore files, and it said that I was using 2GB and had none available, it also said I had two backup sets that I had backed up previously, one was 1GB, the other was 169MB. That adds up to 1.169GB, nowhere near 2GB.
I went to nobu.backup.com and it said that I was currently using 2.26GB or my 2GB.
I can think of several possibilities.
One is that the computer is very confused and needs to be fixed.
The last time I did a backup I had actually filled up my 2GB, and had to go in and delete several backup sets. This allowed me to make my last backup set, but maybe there is still something there?
The last possibility is that maybe one of my old computers has a backup set still on the online storage, and that for some reason I can't see it? In which case I need to find out how to see old backup sets from different computers and delete any that is much more than 9 months old. I do not have access to the old computers any more.
Any thoughts or advice?
It does not seem to be possible, no. The forum only accepts attachments with a .txt, .log, or .lue extension.
