Norton 360 backup scheduled does not run on Windows 7

I run on Windows 7 with Norton 360 ver. 4.

 

I have mulitiple accounts (general and administrator accounts). With the administrator account I have created a backup set to a mapped network drive on my NAS that is assigned for every general accounts at logon.

 

Normally I don't logon the administrator account.

 

The scheduled backup fails. Do anyone have an idea to what I can do?

You should try to create the same backup set (with a different name) for one of the limited/standard user accounts as well.

Then try how it works on the std accounts, and try that as well how it works in the admin account.

 

Let us know the results.

 

 

 

ps: I think it should be some kind of permission error because of the non admin account, let's see what happens if you try the method above
