I have a number of large PDFs and videos that never change. But if I check for large files on my backup drive (or run a file duplicate checker) I see a large number of the same file stored multiple times by N360 in different directories.
I know these are the same file based on the file sizes: I use JDiskReport to find large files, so I know there are not similar files being backed up from different locations.
I used one suggestion I saw a while ago to use the delete file function from within N360, but that only deleted one copy of the files.
I've had this problem for months and have already posted before about it and got no response. When there are multiple copies of the same file in the backup set, it takes up a lot of unneccessary space.
How can I reduce this space without deleteing the entire backup set?
